Pasta with Yogurt, Mackerel, and Arugula

My nutritionist buddy, Lulu Cook, the co-author of The Complete Anti-Inflammatory Diet for Beginners has been encouraging me to eat protein, about 20-25 grams per meal to be exact. Scanning what was in the house I realized I could throw a pasta dinner together quickly.  I had Greek yogurt, arugula, smoked mackerel, and lemon zest.

Helping Hamburger: One Pot Supper

What do you do when you have some ground beef that was intended to be hamburgers, but now I'm not in the mood for a hamburger, and a bunch of good vegetables that need to be used up and you don't have a lot of motivation to cook? You create a one pot meal.
